FLS Series- Prepared

FLS SERIES – PREPARED | GRANT SHEPHERD COLLECTION

Great leaders don't just lead the shift. They prepare the next generation to lead.

Introducing the FLS Series – Prepared Tee, part of the Grant Shepherd First Line Supervisor Collection, in collaboration with Behind the Wall, Beyond the Game.

Leadership is more than giving orders, enforcing policies, or wearing stripes. It's about developing people, building confidence, and preparing those around you for greater responsibilities.

Featuring Grant Shepherd's distinctive gold FLS emblem on the front and a powerful leadership message on the back:

“A good leader builds people, prepares them for more, and leaves them better than they found them.”

Set against a bold correctional facility-inspired design, this shirt represents mentorship, accountability, and the lasting influence of strong leadership.

Created for correctional officers, supervisors, trainers, and anyone who believes that developing others is one of the greatest responsibilities of leadership.

Don't just lead the next shift. Build the next leader.
